I recently got to photograph a new puppy(11-weeks-old)in the studio. A Rhodesian Ridgeback. What a cool dog. The breed was developed in South Africa where it was used to hunt lions! From the size of his paws I’d say he’s going to be a giant. Here’s a few shots.

It’s that time of year again… We are moving to the U of L main campus for 2 weeks…

If you are graduating from U of L this year, it’s a great chance to get this important “rite-of-passage” activity checked off your list. Plus, you’ll keep Mom off your back.
Sessions are only 20 minutes each. All the University Regalia is provided (for undergradute degrees). You see your photos right away. Neat, clean, and easy to do.

I’ve been friends with Alexandra and her family since just before she was born. We met originally in pre-natal classes. Fate would have it that both our daughters were born the same day. 10 years later we are still close friends. Alexandra LOVES horses – especially Palamino horses. Her Dad Kelly managed to find someone who owns a Palamino and get us permission to photograph the session on their farm. Here are the results. Enjoy! Mark
So – it was a bit crazy this past holiday season so we have not posted anything for a little while… Here is a session I did just before Christmas. Reesa’s 1st birthday was just before Christmas and so it was time for her 1st birthday photos… Including some of Mom & Dad!

Back in October the weather was…. Interesting. When we were supposed to be having warm, beautiful fall days, it was snowing, blowing and cold. So – we were creative with locations.
As a personal trainer, Andrea wanted to create some portfolio pieces that were athletic and fun. Originally we had planned for sunrise on the coulees but we woke to 3 inches of snow… Plans changed. These were taken in a vacant bay in our building and I’m super excited how they turned out.

I’ve been a little behind in blogging the weddings this summer… Here are a few from earlier in July. It was an awesome day – the wedding was on Trev’s family farm just south of Keho Lake. He planted Canola along the yard just for photos.
